As things have now changed with regards to Corona Virus we are now delighted to welcome you back to the Tap room

Our current opening hours are as follows

Tuesday to Saturday 12-2.30pm and

Friday and Saturday 5 to 9pm

We will still be operating our takeaway service as normal for those of you who still do not feel comfortable returning to the restaurant.

Eating in will be slightly different – our staff will be wearing masks and you will be asked to order in advance in order to avoid as much face to face contact as possible – we are in the process of producing an app so that while on site you will be able to order everything from your table, this will mean you will not have to go to the bar and will reduce as many touch points as possible. We are doing this to make sure that your dining experience is as safe as possible during the current circumstances.

If you are ordering from our eat at home menu the following instructions apply.

We recommend you drive and collect your food, this will be ready for collection between  3pm – 6 pm the following day.

We are offering a delivery service for orders over £20 within a 4 mile radius. Delivery will be £2.50 or free to the over 70s. Delivery times will be between 2pm – 5pm.

All orders will be ready for the next day although you can book an order in ahead. All orders must be paid for in advance.

When completing the checkout, you must enter your postcode in the correct format at the checkout to ensure you delivery address is picked up correctly, i.e. BT27 4TY.

 

When collecting your food:

 We will contact you as soon as it is ready. You drive into our courtyard  and we will bring the food straight out to your car. Please leave your boot or back door unlocked and we’ll pop your food straight in.

 

When food is being delivered:

We will call you when we have arrived, please ensure you keep your phones to hand during your delivery slot. We will leave your food on your doorstep. Please wait for our delivery drivers to leave your premises before opening your front door.

 

To mitigate the risk of spreading the virus, our staff will be stringently adhering to current advice: maintaining a safe distance from each other & our customers; wearing protective gloves when delivering & during the food preparation process. All orders must be paid for in advance so no money or contact is required during the transaction. Our precaution has resulted in reduced staffing levels but we know we can offer a valuable service at this time.
